What you’ll do:
Operational procurement (SCM Purchase to Pay / P2P) is typically defined as the daily ordering of goods (direct and indirect) and services, the following up of orders and the contacting of suppliers in connection with such issues as deliveries and complaints on commercial topics
» Purchase Order Management: PO creation, PO release and follow-up, based on requested demands and negotiated prices and conditions at defined suppliers in a timely manner and therefore to guarantee the on-time delivery to customers.
» Check of not processed purchase requisitions
» Purchasing data maintenance in ERP system (e.g. info-records, source list, lead times …) to ensure that purchase orders to suppliers for several areas can be processed timely and in the correct way
» Manage order confirmations from suppliers – including manual maintenance
» First interface to suppliers for all needed clarifications regarding deviating order confirmations (prices, quantities, dates)
» Regular check of overdue/non confirmed/open purchase orders and respective PO rescheduling (expedite, push out, cancel) in cooperation with relevant departments
» Supplier invoice management / clarification in case of deviation
» Preparation of process descriptions (work instructions)
» Daily maintenance of KPI reports and trackers and creation daily other operational reports (material availability, open order book etc)
» Close cooperation with specialist fields, Strategic Procurement/Global Purchasing, accounting department, Material Planning, Engineering, Plant SCM operations …
Qualifications:
» Graduate in Engineering or Equivalent/ Post Graduate in any stream.

What you’ll do :
Requirement of this position is to perform testing and provide assistance to engineering personnel to setup, install and on-time completion of accurate product testing in accordance with specific test procedures as defined by the product engineering function at eMobility Group engineering divisions globally. The position requires to:
» Perform test setups in completion of specific and standard test processes for eMobility products. Person supporting for installation and commissioning of new test facilities for invertor and high voltage power distribution systems for electric vehicles.
» Complete test requests according to specified test requests with minimal down time
» Implementation of corrective action to test setups as required by established lab procedures or test requests, or when performance falls below acceptable limits
» Communicate test programs with engineering appropriately to clarify purpose of testing and the results of ongoing tests
» Take ownership of small projects, develop custom fixtures & continuously improve their skill set
» Maintain close liaison with other technicians to standardize lab practices within group and with other groups in facility to ensure a safe working environment

» Maintain a clean and safe working environment in the test lab that is a showpiece for customer visits. Continually work to improve the presentation of the lab for this purpose

As a responsible critical position to ensure equipment uptime this position requires to:
» Preferred to have experience in handling eMotor dyno, High voltage (1000V) battery emulator DC loads and measurement of power, voltages, current signatures for emobility products.
» Troubleshooting elementary product and test rig issues, and performing data analysis required by the product group.
» Support Installation and commissioning of High power electrical test facilities and utilities
» Understanding of data acquisition systems, hardware and software that are being used for testing
» Ability to fix any minor issues with test rigs and lab and work with his peer engineer to improve or develop any new methods solving the issues
» Work with engineers to define and perform custom testing. Perform test setups based on specific and standard test processes for electric vehicle Powertrain.
Qualifications:
» Degree with min 1-3 year of relevant test experience
» Minimum 1-3 years of experience in relevant hands on experience in Automotive R&D Testing / Analysis / in electrical domain is essential
Skills:
» Awareness of testing i.e. test rigs, data acquisition, inspection etc – dynos, Battery emulators, DC loads
» Awareness and experience in following Safety & Quality Management Practice
» Experience on fault identification and propose corrective actions
» Clear understanding about sensors, electronic components of DAQ & control software i.e. LabVIEW etc.
» Experience in problem solving & continuous improvement through LEAN tool deployment for test equipment utilization and cost savings
» Proven experience in deploying TPM for R&D lab test equipment machinery and experience in ISO 9001:2008, deployment to meet quality objectives
» Awareness in Systems engineering, Requirements Management, Validation, Verification and Certification of Auto / Electrical domain
Specialized Knowledge :
» Describe any specialized knowledge (e.g. technical, scientific, administrative) that your position requires.
» Experience in working in HV
» Lean/DMAIC certified
» Experience with Systems engineering tools – MATLAB/ Simulink tools, IBM Jazz Tools

Qualifications :

♦ 3D modeling and drawings, GD&T, Tolerance stackup, Engineering design calculations, Risk analysis & assessment (DFMEA)

♦ Position’s main focus will be to prepare technical design details & drawings in compliance to drawing standards as per industry standards and prevailing engineering practices for Aerospace.
♦ Creation of 3D models and drawings of the new product designs and modification of existing product drawings and models.
♦ Person in this position must have working knowledge of CAD tools such as Pro/E Creo, Solid works, CATIA and AutoCAD, assembly, detailing to prepare CAD models and complete detailed design/drawings.
♦ Person should have good understanding of design guidelines standards such as ASME Y14/ANSI Y14.
♦ Person should be good at drawings, dimensioning standards, tolerance standards & tolerance stack-up and engineering calculations as required to support design integrity.
♦ Utilize DFSS concepts / tools such as PDSC, P-Diagram, DFMEA, Risk Management & DVPR for new product development &/or existing product improvements
Skills :
