We are looking for a reliable Finance Executive for our Accounts Payable process. The goal is to contribute to the accurate processing of Vendor bills, Vendor communications, Assist in Month end accounting process and compliance to the various law ( TDS, GST,etc).
Job Description :
♦ Experience in handling general accounting; purchase bills booking, and control, preparing journal entries, bank reconciliations, other GL reconciliations and maintaining balance sheet schedules, etc.
♦ To be able to assist the finance team in monthly closings and account analysis.
♦ To be able to help monitor the fund balances, reconciliation of the bank statement against the GL and preparation of schedules of the assigned accounts
♦ Experience and exposure to Statuary Taxes like TDS, GST, Income tax, etc.
♦ Ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with accepted policies and procedures/ guidelines
♦ Respond to audit inquiries in a timely manner; liaise with auditors to and provide audit schedules/reconciliations as requested and in a timely manner; ensure compliance with internal controls, policies and procedures
♦ Exposure to new banking technologies, finance related products and services to simplify company operations to enhance performance is an added advantage – working with ERP accounting package is an added advantage.
Requirments :
♦ Candidate education : B.Com and Knowledge on concur
♦ Must have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in the filed of AP
♦ Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel)
♦ Excellent with numbers.
♦ Good organizational skills and Excellent communication skills.
♦ Must have/should be open to work under the pressure situations
