Job Description :
♦ Assist in billing clients of Denken Solutions, Inc. for consulting services.
♦ Assist in collection of overdue payments from the clients.
♦ Assist in preparing payroll for employees of Denken Solutions, Inc.
♦ Collecting weekly/semi-monthly time sheets from consultants.
♦ Invoicing clients from both the corporation Denken Solutions and Sophlogic Global.
♦ Preparing payroll for employees of Denken Solutions, Inc, and Sophlogic Global
♦ Collecting overdue payments from the clients.
♦ Prepare monthly accounting statements along with expense reports.
♦ Reconcile Payroll and Billing every month.
♦ Prepare financial statements for every quarter.
♦ Audit payroll/per diem and bonuses of employees.
♦ Reconcile monthly bank statements in accounting software.
♦ Audit payroll of STEM and H1B employees to make sure employees are paid according to the US laws.
♦ Provide financial information to management by researching and analyzing accounting data and preparing reports.
♦ Processes accounts receivable, assists in Bi-Weekly, monthly, Quarterly and Annual end reporting procedures and performs various clerical tasks.
♦ Audit financial transactions and documents.
