Job Role :
⇒ Apart from good technical BASIS skills, the candidate should have excellent communication skills.
⇒ Should be comfortable in conducting customer workshops, taking client calls and presenting data.
⇒ Should be proactive and energetic as we provide high end advisory/consulting to the customers.
⇒ Maintain and support of SAP applications, including but not limited to Solution Manager, ECC, ERP, CRM, EP, PI, Trex, Content Server.
⇒ Knowledge/ Experience in performance tuning, troubleshooting.
⇒ Ability to troubleshoot/analyze and resolve technical problems.
⇒ Knowledge/Experience with User Management, System copies, Unicode Conversions.
⇒ Strong Knowledge and Hands on experience on Technical Planning, Installations, Upgrades, OS/DB Migrations, Unicode Conversions.
⇒ Manage the change management processes within the SAP Landscape and the SAP Infrastructure according to accepted policy and procedure.
⇒ Provide technical expertise for resolving escalated issues. Participate in crisis resolution meetings as necessary.
⇒ Maintain documentation on system configurations, maintenance processes and schedules.
⇒ Perform release and patch activities and participate in overall upgrade improvements to systems and hardware.
⇒ Has experience in conducting workshops and session with customers on various services in Basis and Solution Manager.
⇒ Should have overview and sound understanding of SAP application Landscape.
⇒ Support IT audit activities analyze results and provide remediation which results in improved compliance to standards and controls for all internal and external regulatory requirements.
Requirements :
⇒ Bachelor’s degree
⇒ 2+ years of experience in SAP BASIS in multiple applications. ECC, BI, Solutions Mgr., and others.
⇒ Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and proceed with objectives with minimum supervision.
⇒ Must be capable of working flexible hours sometimes under pressure of aggressive deadlines.
⇒ Ability to collaborate with other team members working remotely from various locations.
⇒ Must have strong technical foundation and strong problem-solving skills.
⇒ Proficient understanding of SAP technologies and applications.
⇒ Understanding of SOX IT General Controls.
