What You’ll Do :
⇒ Support the administration of Salesforce quotes, including fields, layouts, and reports.
⇒ Identify improvement opportunities to optimize system processes.
⇒ Work with subject matter experts to design and implement Salesforce functions and processes.
⇒ Respond to maintenance and user support requests.
⇒ Create and maintain training documentation.
⇒ Help promote best practices in Salesforce usage.
⇒ Make users aware of new features.
⇒ Document salesforce processes and procedures.
Experience You’ll Bring:
⇒ At least two years of hands-on proven business administration experience.
⇒ Excellent oral and written presentation and communication skills.
⇒ A solid understanding of sales & order processes and commission systems would be an asset.
