What you’ll do:
Operational procurement (SCM Purchase to Pay / P2P) is typically defined as the daily ordering of goods (direct and indirect) and services, the following up of orders and the contacting of suppliers in connection with such issues as deliveries and complaints on commercial topics
» Purchase Order Management: PO creation, PO release and follow-up, based on requested demands and negotiated prices and conditions at defined suppliers in a timely manner and therefore to guarantee the on-time delivery to customers.
» Check of not processed purchase requisitions
» Purchasing data maintenance in ERP system (e.g. info-records, source list, lead times …) to ensure that purchase orders to suppliers for several areas can be processed timely and in the correct way
» Manage order confirmations from suppliers – including manual maintenance
» First interface to suppliers for all needed clarifications regarding deviating order confirmations (prices, quantities, dates)
» Regular check of overdue/non confirmed/open purchase orders and respective PO rescheduling (expedite, push out, cancel) in cooperation with relevant departments
» Supplier invoice management / clarification in case of deviation
» Preparation of process descriptions (work instructions)
» Daily maintenance of KPI reports and trackers and creation daily other operational reports (material availability, open order book etc)
» Close cooperation with specialist fields, Strategic Procurement/Global Purchasing, accounting department, Material Planning, Engineering, Plant SCM operations …
Qualifications:
» Graduate in Engineering or Equivalent/ Post Graduate in any stream.
» Masters with 2-3 years / Bachelors with 2-3 years of experience
Skills:
» Purchasing exposure in Manufacturing or Electrical Industry or shared service center
» Domain Knowledge – SCM
» Reporting and Analysis
» PO and Supply Management
» Order Mgt (ERPs / IT Applications/CRM Application)
» Master Data Management
» Knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Office and Power Point;
» Effective Communication, Presentation & Listening Skills, German Language proficiency will be prefered.

As a Data Analyst and Automation engineer, you will be responsible for understanding the critical problem statements and find unique end-to-end solutions using Big Data Analytics and Automation expertise. You will also be responsible for establishing and deploying standard practices and processes for Process Automation, Big Data Analytics, Dashboards, and reporting and drive continuous improvement on these processes.
Responsibility :
♦ Works with the various internal and external customers and Gathers and prioritizes customer needs and translates them into actionable requirements.
♦ Communicate insights to stakeholders, enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization
♦ Defines the end-to-end automation and solution architecture, including its components, functionalities, and interactions.
♦ Select the appropriate programming languages, tools, and frameworks considering factors like scalability, performance, and security.
♦ Establish coding standards and best practices to ensure the code is maintainable and efficient.
♦ Organize & assemble information from diverse data sources in such a manner that the data aggregation is easily replicable and maintainable.
♦ Proficiently identify and apply the appropriate data analytics algorithm and come with recommendations based on the insights generated.
♦ Report out results in the form of various dashboards reporting measurement against targets, historical data trends and data snapshots supporting the end customers data requirements.
♦ Strategizes new uses for data and its interaction with data design.
♦ Manage multiple projects and deliver results on time and with the requisite quality
♦ Strive to get internally and externally recognized in this area by continuously learning and developing project management standard works and dashboard reporting.
♦ Knowledge of Engineering and Program management data sets including SAP or Oracle datasets will be recommended
Qualifications:
♦ Bachelor’s Degree in Computer/ Electrical Engineering with 1-4 Yrs experience. Strong understanding of organizational processes
Skills:
♦ Project management skills are also important for this role. Ability to create and follow a schedule for the project and ensure that all of the project’s goals are tracked and delivered on time.
♦ Deep hands on knowledge of to data anlytics techniques and tools like Power BI, Palantir, Snowflakes etc
♦ Computer Skills – MS Office, MS Project, knowledge of SAP or similar ERP system, O365, Power Apps, Power Automate, Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
♦ Over and above he should have the ability to work with complex datasets, Tools, and systems with a strong understanding of system architecture and IT systems
♦ Hands-on understanding of coding languages like VBA, Python, R.
♦ Process Management – Good at figuring out the processes necessary to get things done, knowing how to organize people and activities, knowing what to measure and how to measure it, Can simplify complex processes, Gets more out of fewer resources
♦ Problem Solving – Uses rigorous logic and methods to solve difficult problems with effective solutions, probes all fruitful sources for answers, can see hidden problems, Is excellent at honest analysis Looks beyond the obvious, and doesn’t stop at the first answers
♦ Decision quality – makes good decisions based upon a mixture of analysis, wisdom, experience, and judgment

As an automation engineer, you may be required to make decisions about how to best implement automation processes.
