What you’ll do:
This position will be responsible for maintaining product master data within Eaton’s Product Data Hub, with a focus on attaining a high degree of product data quality, consistency and completeness for over 6 million products globally. The position is responsible for cleansing and maintaining product attributes across the Electrical group.
» Write and edit a heavy volume of product information such as product descriptions, product attributes and unstructured content.
» Ability to find inconsistencies in product information and working through the enterprise governance processes for standardization.
» Responsible for providing tactical assistance to Product life cycle management in enterprise/business systems and services.
» Implement and manage Master Data Management (MDM) processes to ensure data integrity and consistency across all systems.
» Develop and enforce data governance policies and procedures to maintain high-quality master data.
» Ensure accuracy, completeness and health requirements for product data globally.
» Responsibility for collecting, organizing, creating, documenting, and entering detailed attribute information.
» Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and document MDM requirements and standards.
» Work with Product Data Hub tools to build a centralized product database for Electrical Product lines.
» Experience in Product lifecycle Management, product development and management exposure.
» Monitor and report on MDM metrics to ensure continuous improvement in data quality.
» Collaborates with technical team for system improvements and testing of Integration mappings between different applications and PDH.
» Works with different source systems (Product drawings, ERPs, etc.) to source product attributes and specifications.
» Ability to present details of complex data quality or workflow issues for internal review.
» Flexible attitude to work with and the willingness to learn new skills when required.
Qualifications:
〉 Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Diploma
〉 2-3 years of experience
Skills:
〉 Electrical Products and Components, Product data management.
〉 At least 2-year exp in Data Management and Analysis.
〉 Experience in Advanced Excel is must
〉 Experience is Power BI and SQL is good to have.
〉 Good to have knowledge of Stibo.
〉 Good communication, Team player.

The Associate Analyst/Analyst will be a key member of the Workforce Insights Team (WIT), responsible for delivering business-driven, evidence-based insights to support Eaton’s talent strategy. The ideal candidate will excel in analytical thinking, learning agility, and effective collaboration, while showcasing a passion for driving results through data. In this role, you will translate complex business challenges into technical requirements, execute high-impact projects, and deliver actionable insights through data analytics and visualization. You’ll also contribute to building organizational capability by sharing technical expertise, conducting learning sessions, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
• Analyze labor market trends and workforce metrics using internal and external data.
• Build and maintain BI reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability in all data and reports.
Collaboration & Problem-Solving:
• Partner with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and define project requirements.
• Provide data-driven recommendations and solutions to inform decision-making.
• Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders by translating complex data into meaningful insights.
Technical Expertise:
• Develop and optimize SQL queries to extract, transform, and manipulate data.
• Leverage Python for advanced analytics, automation, and predictive modeling.
• Create interactive, user-friendly dashboards and visualizations using tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
Continuous Improvement:
• Identify opportunities to enhance reporting processes and analytics workflows.
• Stay current with trends and best practices in workforce analytics and labor market research.
Qualifications:
〉 Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
〉 2-4 years of experience Data Analytics
Skills:
〉 Proficiency in Python and SQL for data analysis, automation, and reporting.
〉 Strong expertise in data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
〉 Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
〉 Experience working with large datasets to derive meaningful insights.
〉 Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to present data clearly to stakeholders.
〉 Experience in workforce analytics, labor market analysis, or HR analytics.
〉 Familiarity with predictive modeling, statistical analysis, or data science concepts.
