Job Description :
Quality Assurance Analyst (QA) is responsible for assessing the quality of the performance of our call Centre associates who deal with our existing and potential customers. The Quality Assurance personnel will be responsible for monitoring inbound and outbound calls as well as emails to assess the quality of the associates’ communication skills, technical accuracy, customer service skills, and conformity with company policies and procedures.
Roles and Responsibilities :
♦ The auditing of calls and the analysis of service requests is completed in a comprehensive manner.
♦ An audit of each call and a complete analysis of each service request will be conducted.
♦ Based on audits, sharing One-O-One Feedback with agents.
♦ Works with Operations team to develop the overall process improvement strategy and quality plan.
♦ Monitoring if CCE is following appropriate holding procedures and providing a correct resolution to the customer’s request.
♦ Taking part in internal and external calibration sessions with Quality and Operations.
♦ Highlighting issues as per quality parameters.
♦ Sharing daily reports & Quality Scores with the team.
Skills :
♦ Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
♦ Exceptional listening and analytical skills.
♦ Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (intermediate Word, basic Excel).
♦ Outstanding customer service skills and dedication to exceptional customer care.
