The Engineer – AI Solutions at GES will play a crucial role in developing and implementing our AI & GenAI strategies. Your responsibilities will involve refining AI models, understanding our business needs, and creating AI applications that align with our organizational goals. Education:
〉 Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, data science or a related field.
〉 Proficiency in English (Verbal, Written)
Skills:
〉 Proven experience 1-3 years as an AI, GenAI and Machine learning engineer, Data Scientist or similar role
〉 Strong knowledge of Python
〉 Strong Background in statistical analysis and predictive modelling, ML concepts and NLP.
〉 Experienced with RESTful APIs and their integration.
〉 Working knowledge of Generative AI and its use in structured & unstructured data handling
〉 Exposure to AWS cloud-based AI solution development (Sagemaker, EC2, Lambda, CFTs/Terraform, ECS, S3 data handling etc) or Azure (ML Studio, Azure SQL, Data Factory, Azure Cognitive Services, Azure Data Lake)
〉 Working knowledge of at least one big data packages like Spark, Hadoop or Google Cloud BigQuery and Familiarity with big data platforms and tools (AWS, Snowflake, Palantir Foundry, Databricks etc.)
〉 Familiarity with at least one version control systems (Git, GitHub, GitLab, SVN or CVS, etc).
〉 Familiarity with Deploying machine learning models in cloud environments (AWS or Azure) using containers (Docker) or virtual machines (VMs) for training, deployment, and scaling deployment.
〉 Knowledge of frontend technologies, including HTML or frameworks like Django.
〉 Analytical Thinking: Ability to identify business problems that can be addressed through AI solutions.
〉 Collaboration: Work effectively with cross-functional teams within large and matrixed organisations
〉 Innovation: Stay curious and explore new AI techniques
〉 Consulting & Customer centric mindset.
〉 Experience in developing solutions for GBS domains ( IT, Finance, Procurement, HR)

〉 Secondary sales – Ensuring to achieve secondary sales targets through prescription generation by each of his BE.
〉 Good at relationship with KOLs (Top Physicians, Endocrinologists & Cardiologists)
〉 Should be strong in product knowledge & Communication skills
〉 Day to day sales reporting
〉 Effective query handling and customer queries.
〉 Ensuring 100% Implementation of Company’s strategies
〉 Pharmacovigilance (Adverse Event Reporting) – To collect adverse drugs reaction (ADR) incidences including lack of efficacy related to medicinal products up to the maximum possible level of completeness and forward to local Patient Safety team immediately within 24 hours of ADR awareness. The additional information can be submitted as soon as possible
Job Requirements :
〉 Graduate (Preferably Science or Pharmacy Graduate)
