Job Description :

♦ Knowledge of the insurance market and its processes
♦ Knowledge of broker operations
♦ Working knowledge of Fin Scan, Lexis Nexis, or similar product
♦ Business entity – due diligence, onboarding & maintenance

Responsibilities :

♦ Monitor and resolve all BE queries received by the team
♦ Perform all required call backs and produce management information to enable effective tracking
♦ Manage the 3rd party funds held with brokers
♦ Daily closure of expired KYC’s and third parties
♦ Daily credit controller review of all active BE’s
♦ Monthly rendering review of all active BE’s
♦ Ensure all department procedure documents are up to date
♦ Participate in other projects and tasks as directed by the IBA & BE Team Manager
♦ New team training on the due diligence procedures
♦ Security Committee and Business Unit MI production

Education :

♦ Graduate or equivalent
♦ 2-4 years of experience in insurance, broking, or back office operations
