Responsibilities :
♦ Working experience as a business analyst. Bonus if you’ve worked on building SaaS products/projects.
♦ Researching new software (web/mobile apps) products and projects. Listing down queries based on your research. Interacting with clients to get validations.
♦ Working hand-in-hand with project development teams for drawing up project development roadmap.
♦ Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
♦ Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts.
♦ Managing competing resources and task priorities.
♦ Effectively communicate your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
♦ Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful outcomes.
♦ Working closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff.
♦ Performing user acceptance testing.
Requirements :
♦ bachelor’s degree in technology or a related field or an MBA.
♦ At least 1 year of working as a software business analyst.
