Responsibilities :
♦ Solving IT requests on a daily basis and ensuring all tickets are closed within SLAs
♦ Resolving emergency or unplanned support activities (fixing meeting room hardware, helping users with urgent laptop issues, etc.)
♦ Supporting new hires through configuring and provisioning laptops, initial IT set up, solving issues, etc.
♦ Retrieving exiting employees’ hardware and managing the hardware lifecycle to decommission or reuse it
♦ Managing any Revolut owned technology, including both office and remote hardware
♦ Identifying improvement opportunities and supporting the Tech Services team with technology or process implementation
Requirements :
♦ 2+ years of experience working with IT systems, networks, and related technologies (macOS, Chrome, Google Workspace, Ticket management via Jira/Atlassian or similar, hardware experience)
♦ Endpoint devices management and incident management experience
♦ Vendor management experience (outsourcing)
♦ Knowledge of best practices in IT administration and system security
♦ Exceptional organisational and time management skills
♦ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
♦ Fluency in English
♦ Good interpersonal and communication skills
