Job Description :
Ability to retain and apply knowledge gained during the training.
♦ Answer phone to respond any customer queries
♦ Knowledge of McAfee Policies & Procedures
♦ Assist customer’s on sales inquiries and help the customer in buying the products and also the role involves up selling, handing refund request which includes retention strategy and ensure there is no customers experience impact at any cost.
♦ Asks customer “Discovery” questions to fully understand their needs and issues before offering a solution
♦ Project a professional company image through phone & email interaction
♦ Provide customers with product and service information
♦ Provide assistance with regarding to customer service issues as well like Renewing, refunding the product etc..,
♦ Transfer customer calls to the appropriate department if required
♦ Escalate the call to the next level if required
Qualifications:
Any Graduate / Higher Secondary / 3 years Diploma
