Job Description :
We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to provide enterprise-level assistance to our customers. You will diagnose and troubleshoot our POS software problems and help our customers with their support queries.
Ultimately, you will be a person our customers’ trust. They will rely on you to provide timely and accurate solutions to their technical problems.
Roles and Responsibilities :
⇒ Responsible to merchant’s support queries
⇒ Support on email / phone calls / google meets to give clients quick answers
⇒ Online meeting with merchants to diagnose the software issues
⇒ Providing product tech demonstration to the merchants
⇒ Installing and configuring merchant’s POS device
⇒ Merchant On-boarding, product online training.
⇒ Ability to work in 24*7 support environment
⇒ Willing to travel to client side for troubleshooting, if needed
Qualifications :
⇒ Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information technology.
⇒ Proven work experience of 0-3 yrs as a application support / technical support role
⇒ Ability to solve complex application/software issues.
⇒ Excellent interpersonal skills.
⇒ Good written and verbal communication skills..
