Roles and Responsibilities:
» Organize the logistics for planning and delivering training sessions.
» Coordinate and complete enrollment for employee-requested training.
» Serve as the primary point of contact for participants regarding logistical inquiries and support needs.
» Provide logistical guidance and assistance to ensure a smooth and enjoyable learning experience.
» Maintain swift communication and strong coordination with local L&D teams, vendors, and other departments to arrange end-to-end training.
» Act as the single point of contact between GBS, Learning, and the organization.
» Manage LMS activities such as event and session creation.
» Update session attendance in the LMS (iLearn).
» Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint, and Word)
