♦ Strong understanding of design principles and best practices, including typography, colour theory, layout, and information architecture
♦ Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
♦ Taking ownership of project deliverables and ensuring they are completed on time and to a high standard.
♦ Stay up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, and share knowledge with the team.

Requirements :

♦ Bachelor’s or master’s degree in design, human-computer interaction, or a related field.
♦ Understanding designing back-office applications.
♦ Experience in designing data-driven SaaS applications.
♦ Experience designing enterprise software solutions in the financial or Supply chain management domain is a strong plus.
♦ Experience in creating and maintaining design systems and style guides using Figma.
♦ Strong portfolio of work demonstrating mastery of visual and interaction design principles, specifically related to application design.
♦ Excellent storytelling skills to generate empathy, craft a vision, design for impact, using written and verbal communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
♦ Expertise with Figma, Photoshop, and related tools
♦ Experience with prototyping tools.
