Job Role :
♦ Manage and follow up with our stakeholders (suppliers, hiring leaders, procurement) to ensure we meet our time-to- fill KPIs
♦ Manage our mailbox and update our sourcing status trackers – so we can give current sourcing updates at any point in time
♦ Run and analyse reports to identify focus areas to work on
♦ Applies company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues.
♦ Provides problem resolution for HR related issues that may be non-standard within defined practices and procedures.
♦ Works on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors.
♦ Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.
♦ Builds productive internal/external working relationships.
♦ Normally receives general detailed instructions on new projects or assignments.
Qualifications :
♦ Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience
♦ Eager and quick to learn and develop.
♦ Flexible, adaptable, team player
♦ Accuracy and tenacity
♦ Positive outlook, good communication skills (in English)
♦ Advanced knowledge of Excel would be a big bonus, just as having worked with tools to request and track resources and purchase orders (we use Workday and Fieldglass)
♦ Preferably with some previous work experience in the field of (contractor) talent sourcing
