Responsibilities :
✅ Ensure the integrity of the financial statements for the legal entity under their responsibility. This is achieved by defining accounting procedures in compliance with local accounting policies, reviewing the SAP Income Statement and Balance Sheet, analyze trends for fluctuation analysis, investigate USGAAP and local books differences, and ensuring corrective actions for appropriate financial reporting.
✅ Act as a focal point for external financial and statutory filings necessary to meet internal auditing and governmental requirements in compliance with USGAAP, local accounting principles and applicable laws.
✅ Ensure timely completion of the external audit of the Financial Statements in close coordination with the external auditors, ensuring information required by the auditors is provided on time, participating in review meetings, answering audit comments, etc.
✅ Act as a consultant to Controllers and other Finance processes in the region on financial accounting and internal control matters.
✅ Helps drive change to reduce complexity
✅ Improvise Work Processes
✅ Recognize cross-functional impact and take action to address Customer needs
Qualifications :
✅ Qualified Chartered Accountant/ CMA/ ICWA – Fresher or with experience up to 3 years
✅ Understanding of USGAAP and IFRS
✅ Understanding SOX controls
✅ Previous experience in Accounts Finalization is preferred
✅ Analytical and problem-solving skills
✅ Verbal and written communication skills
Key Core Competencies:
✅ Sound knowledge in Financial Accounting, Auditing, MS Office
✅ Knowledge of SAP/any other ERP is preferred
✅ Effective Time Management
✅ Team player
✅ Self-motivated.

♦ Experience in evaluating and processing Security and compliance policy/ standards exceptions
♦ Knowledge of national and international regulatory compliances and frameworks such as NIST, PCI, Works Council, ISO, etc.
♦ Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and meet daily deadlines for projects
♦ Strong written and verbal communication skills to inform managers and other stakeholders of results
♦ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, Visio and other analysis programs
♦ Ability to manage multiple projects and programs at the same time to complete work
♦ Critical thinking skills with the ability to independently solve problems with data
♦ Quantitative and analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to understand new analytical concepts
♦ Presentation skills, including public speaking and presentation creation using PowerPoint or a similar program
♦ Proficiency in evaluating network diagrams, cloud solutions (Saas/ PaaS/ IaaS), authentication methods and encryption protocols.
Certifications : Security and control certifications highly preferred (CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC)
