Key Responsibilities:
♦ Design and develop solutions across the ServiceNow platform, focusing on integrations with third-party systems.
♦ Develop and maintain REST and SOAP APIs, scripted web services, and MID Server integrations.
♦ Implement and support ServiceNow modules like ITSM, CMDB, Incident, Change, Problem, Knowledge, or custom applications.
♦ Work on end-to-end ServiceNow solution delivery, including architecture, design, development, and testing.
♦ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
♦ Perform code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and ensure best practices in ServiceNow development.
♦ Maintain documentation of architecture, solutions, and processes.Ensure platform performance, scalability, and data integrity
Required Skills & Qualifications:
♦ 2-4 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and administration.
♦ Strong expertise in Integration Hub, REST/SOAP APIs, webhooks, and scripted integrations.
♦ Experience with Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, and Client Scripts.
♦ Solid understanding of ITIL processes and their implementation in ServiceNow.
♦ Strong problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.
♦ Ability to work independently and in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
♦ ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and/or Application Developer.
♦ Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
♦ Familiarity with JavaScript, Glide Script, and modern web technologies.
♦ Experience in integrating with platforms like Azure AD, Workday, SAP, or other enterprise tools is a plus.
