What you’ll do :
⇒ Troubleshoot and respond to incidents and requests
⇒ Provisioning, de-provisioning, and updates to user accounts
⇒ Assist in the maintenance, enhancement, testing and update process of the applications
⇒ Conduct regular corrections of application access reviewing periodic access reviews generated by IT Compliance
⇒ Follow all organizational systems, programs, training, policies, and procedures as required and complies with relevant legal mandates. Seeks guidance as necessary
⇒ Handles various other duties as delegated
Who you are :
⇒ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
⇒ Minimum of 2 years’ experience with system administration
⇒ Experience with SaaS applications such as Salesforce, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, Gainsight, OpenAir
⇒ Strong communication skills
Preferred Skills :
- Knowledge of SQL, HTML
