Job Description :
♦ Responsible for placing vehicles on time by analysing market trends and pricing.
♦ Coordinate with stores to ensure timely loading of vehicles for ontime dispatch.
♦ Coordinate with drivers and transporters to track vehicle movement daily, ensuring timely delivery.
♦ Create service purchase orders (POs) after obtaining approval from relevant authorities and enter the details into the appropriate platform for transport cheque release.
♦ Coordinate with customers to handle the reverse logistics of incorrect supplies and arrange for the return of materials.
♦ Create a return sales order for the incorrect supply to facilitate the inward movement of materials to the stores team.
♦ Notify the R&D department about incoming machines for refurbishment to obtain the service code needed for creating a service sales order.
♦ Handover the service sales order, along with the dismantling form received from the service engineer, to the Customer Service Department (CSD) team to initiate the health audit and further processing.

♦ Basic excel knowledge
♦ Exposure to bills processing
