〉 Prepare initial stage cost estimation for the prototype development
〉 Track incoming inventory, delivery arrival time, and note actual arrival time
〉 Provide test case and Test procedure for PCBA and Product Assembly
〉 Communication with Chinese vendors
〉 Order the material as per the requirement
〉 PCB Assembly
〉 Based on Purchase request validate vendor details and amount.
〉 Prepare Purchase order in quickbook and send to vendor as well as hardware coordinator and Account department
〉 Maintain Invoice of purchase
〉 Turn key quotation generation for production
〉 Product procurement / coordination
〉 Box Packaging and shipment of Product
〉 Ensure every received material GRN
〉 Ensure Inventory management through quickbook
〉 After receiving material collect supplier cross evaluation form from requester and analyzed vendor quality and time
〉 Ensure shipment import/export Tracking activity
