Requirements :
⇒ Good knowledge of Windows/Linux Administration and troubleshooting.
⇒ Exposure to VPN, Network connectivity issues, User access.
⇒ Good understanding of how to troubleshoot Application related issues.
⇒ Good understanding/knowledge to create Documentations.
⇒ Fast learner.
⇒ Knowledge in Azure is an advance.
⇒ Scripting knowledge i.e. Powershell, Windows script.
⇒ Knowledge of Microsoft Azure (IaaS, PaaS) and the Microsoft server environment.
⇒ Knowledge in Virtualisation.
⇒ Monitor and maintain Windows Server operating system.
⇒ Familiarity with networking topology concepts.
⇒ Good to have at least 1 Azure certification (Administrator, Developer or Architect)
⇒ 1+ years of relevant work experience with Cloud administration / automation (Knowledge).
Roles & Responsibilities :
⇒ Troubleshooting technical problems on a 1st line support.
⇒ Identifying the issue and addressing /escalating the issue to the right SPOC and work with relevant SPOC to publish RCA.
⇒ Monitoring and Alerting will be BAU activities.
⇒ Participate in escalations and outage bridges. Ensure accurate outage status alerts are actioned on a timely basis.
⇒ Document SoP of the Environment.
⇒ Monitor overall system and infrastructure availability.
⇒ Ensures that systems, processes and methodologies are maintained/ followed to ensure effective monitoring, control and support of service delivery.
⇒ Participate in upgrades needed to maintain service levels.
⇒ Participates in DR/BCP activities of the cloud setup.
⇒ Reports the activities/challenges faced on a day-to-day basis. And escalate the impact/ impact and communicate accordingly
