Job Description:

As a Finance Officer with Hilti, you will be responsible for invoice booking, bank reconciliation, and month-end closing (MEC). You will ensure GST-compliant invoicing, timely book closures, and support year-end closing (YEC) with auditors. The role involves preparing MIS reports, executing internal control checks, and contributing to ERP implementation and automation.

Key Responsibilities:

♦ Responsibility for Invoice booking, Bank reconciliation, and Month-end closing (MEC).
♦ Ensure correct invoice booking in line with GST regulations.
♦ Support MEC and YEC tasks and work closely with auditors.
♦ Prepare MIS reports and conduct periodical reviews with the plant.
♦ Perform internal control checks to ensure adherence to global processes.
♦ Ensure timely closure of books and support submissions for BOFC and Monthly MIS.
♦ Clear all open balance sheet items and prepare necessary schedules.
♦ Maintain GL account and cost centre adherence as per the Global Finance Manual.
♦ Support ERP implementation and automation projects.

Key Skills and Knowledge:

♦ Functional Expertise: In-depth knowledge of the P2P (Procure-to-Pay) process, Month-end closing, and Bank reconciliation.
♦ Technical Skills: Advanced level knowledge in SAP and Microsoft Excel.
♦ Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work with global teams and auditors.
♦ Compliance: Strong understanding of GST and internal control frameworks.
