The Role:

We are looking for an IT Engineer to maintain, upgrade and manage our software, hardware and networks.
You will be responsible for supporting and maintaining Client operating systems – Mac and Windows.
General maintenance of all IT-related hardware/ software.
The position provides exposure to a broad range of IT-related projects and activities.
Your goal is to provide effective IT assistance across all aspects of the business and ensure our technology infrastructure runs smoothly and efficiently.

Roles and Responsibilities:

√ Ensures that the technologies are updated with current, stable, and compliant architecture and applications that meet enterprise standards.
√ Manages system/application environment and ongoing operations;
√ Performs on-call activities as needed for the environment and technologies;
√ Contribute input to infrastructure architecture;
√ Provide input into infrastructure architecture designs.
√ Researches, designs, implements and tests technology solutions;
√ Collaborates with IT and business area partners on work groups and initiatives;
√ Troubleshoots software and/or hardware issues/failures;
√ Ensures execution and alignment to architectural standards and blueprints;
√ Resolves alerts and performs remediation activities;
√ Writes programming/scripting;
√ Determines migration and upgrade impacts and diagnose/resolve complex technology/application errors;
√ Performs installation, monitoring, testing, configuration, migration, maintenance and troubleshooting of assigned technology (MAC);
√ Proactively monitors and reports performance and utilization of assigned technologies;
√ Assists with developing tactical strategies, processes and procedures related to systems/application administration.

Qualifications:

√ Experience in analysing business requirements and translating them into technical solutions;
√ 2 + Years of experience of hands-on experience in HelpDesk, IT administration.
√ Experience using Agile methodology;
√ Ability to manage tasks independently and take ownership of responsibilities;
√ Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment;
√ Ability to communicate technical information clearly and articulately;
√ Competent working in one or more environments highly integrated with an operating system (MAC and Windows ).;
√ Must have strong Apple product knowledge;
√ High critical thinking skills to evaluate alternatives and present solutions that are consistent with business objectives and strategy;
√ Extensive working knowledge of multiple technologies and their interfaces and integration;
√ Ability to learn from mistakes and apply constructive feedback to improve performance
