Job Description:

The Programmatic Analytics team at Zeta Global provides full reporting, actionable audience insights and campaign strategy support to both external customers and internal teams. While working with external customers, our analysts partner with the Zeta Sales and Account Management teams to monitor Zeta’s optimization platform across various verticals, design Real-time Brand Lift surveys and deliver actionable insight presentations for all Programmatic clients. Liaising with internal teams, our Analysts also provide feedback to our Product and Engineering teams on Zeta’s optimization platform, task automation and A.I. model features to advance the reliability, reach, and effectiveness of programmatic campaigns and to help drive overall company revenue goals.

As an Analyst, you’ll be responsible for a number of tasks, including (but not limited to) compiling campaign performance and audience insights for all executed media, setting up Zeta surveys, assist in monitoring survey performance, helping with optimization efforts and help drive campaign performance. You’ll work closely with the Sales and Customer Success teams to achieve client goals through brand and acquisition campaigns, campaign optimization, and/or online A/B testing strategy. While every day will offer a different challenge, day-to-day, your role will include:

♦ Diving into large campaign data sets, uncovering insights, and providing impactful recommendations for clients through thoughtfully crafted storytelling. Deliverables include monthly campaign reporting, quarterly and campaign wrap reporting via PowerPoint.
♦ Set up and monitor Zeta client surveys and Zeta Marketing surveys
♦ Work with the Zeta Sales and Account Management teams to ensure surveys are executed successfully
♦ Work with internal teams to compile survey insights once surveys are completed
♦ Assist in pulling/setting up custom reports, as requested
♦ Assist in growing Zeta’s Programmatic revenue quarter over quarter via campaign support, optimizations and incremental

Who you are:

♦ A great communicator, comfortable speaking with clients, team members and C-Level Members alike and can convey complex technical features in simple terms
♦ Someone with an aptitude for media and strategy, and able to contextually relay concepts to clients
♦ Able to multitask and prioritize high-priority requests with specific SLAs
♦ Have a high degree of creativity, self-motivation, and drive
♦ Eagerness to work in a team environment that will be constantly changing day to day
♦ Enthusiastic team player with a penchant for collaboration and knowledge sharing
♦ Data driven, technical, self-starting, and curious

What you need:

♦ 1 year of working experience in Programmatic, AdTech or MarTech Space
♦ Programmatic Advertising knowledge is a plus
♦ Experience with SQL query language, Tableau, HIVE, Python, Vertica, PowerPoint and Excel/pivot tables
♦ Excellent presentation/ visualization/ storytelling skills
♦ Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
♦ Professional oral and written communication skills
♦ Bachelor’s degree in Media, Business, Economics, Statistics, Marketing and/or equivalent experience

Bonus if you have:

♦ Experience in a digital media/Programmatic analytics role
♦ Experience pulling data & putting together actionable audience insights reports across different programmatic channels
♦ Experience with VBA/Excel Macros, Tableau, Python or other data manipulation tools is a plus

The Programmatic Associate must have a proven track record of success in all aspects of programmatic campaign management, including trafficking, optimization, and campaign reporting. As a valued member of the division, you will have a tremendous amount of responsibility and support to help you exceed campaign performance targets. The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of programmatic display and video campaign management. Candidates with similar marketing experience.

Responsibilities:

• Manage large cross-channel media budgets across display channels and aim to maximise ROI on performance-oriented campaigns.
• Work closely with US account management teams to ensure accuracy in set up, strategy and execution for new launches.
• Ensure that end-to-end display campaigns are run effectively, including tagging, trafficking, and optimization.
• Work with the account management team to deliver reporting and campaign updates as needed.
• Must be willing to work during US Eastern Standard Time hours.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience managing performance campaigns on display inventory
• Zeta DSP training will be provided, but experience with DSPs is a plus (DV360/AppNexus)
• Demonstrated track record of effectively optimizing CPM inventory to reach CPA/CTR goals
• Deep knowledge of the programmatic ecosystem
• Demonstrated analytical ability
• Fluent English

Job Description :

The Manager / AM of Financial Reporting responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, preparation of all SEC filings on Form 8-K, 10-Q and 10-K, proxy statement, Section 16 filings, XBRL compliance, and any other filings as deemed necessary. In addition, this position will be involved in reviewing, assessing, and documenting new accounting standards; writing technical accounting memos; assisting in the implementation of new accounting standards, including providing requests to auditors as requested. This position will also assist with any accounting and financial reporting matters associated with future acquisitions or divestitures, including the necessary purchase accounting. The position will provide auditor assistance with quarterly reviews and annual audits.

Responsibilities:

Prepare SEC reporting documents (10-Q, 10-K, 8-K), including XBRL tagging, in partnership with the external service provider

♦ Prepare footnote support schedules, tie-out support for SEC filings and disclosure checklists
♦ Assist with research and preparation of technical accounting memos
♦ Collaborate with the general accounting team to prepare corporate financial reporting for internal analysis and external SEC filings
♦ Collaborate with the legal team to ensure compliance with SEC regulations
♦ Work closely with external auditors to manage the financial quarterly review and annual audit process
♦ Provide financial analysis, including explanations of variances between actual and budget/prior period
♦ Ensure internal controls over financial reporting, including disclosure controls and procedures, are adequate and operating effectively
♦ Participate in monthly/quarterly financial close review meetings to ensure appropriate accounting of transactions and accurate external reporting
♦ Participate in special projects and ad hoc requests as needed

Qualifications:

♦ 0-2 years of accounting and reporting experience, with SEC reporting experience preferred. Strong knowledge of US GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
♦ Software industry experience preferred
♦ Ability to work closely with management
♦ Commitment to all reporting and audit deadlines
♦ Exceptional organizational skills, project management experience to include management of large- scale/global initiatives
