Job Description:

〉 Monitor system performance for high‑traffic and cloud-based environments using PagerDuty.
〉 Respond quickly to alerts to maintain optimal uptime.
〉 Use monitoring tools such as InfluxDB and Graylog for log analysis and metrics review.
〉 Troubleshoot issues in real time and provide immediate response to incidents.
〉 Work with DevOps teams to identify and close infrastructure gaps.
〉 Coordinate with QA and Development teams to ensure smooth daily deployments and module updates.
〉 Deploy patches, releases, and system changes using Jenkins.
〉 Maintain and improve CI pipelines (build, test, package).
〉 Work within Agile, CI/CD environments using tools like Git.
〉 Act proactively to minimize downtime and ensure uninterrupted service delivery.
〉 Maintain clear communication across teams to resolve issues efficiently and keep stakeholders aligned.

Key Skills:

〉 Basic Linux OS knowledge for backend and system-level troubleshooting.
〉 Familiarity with AWS, Azure, GCP services with 2+ years of experience.
〉 Understanding of Python/Bash scripting and linux and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git)
〉 Hands-on experience with Ansible and Terraform (IaC/Configuration Management).
〉 Cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP), Infrastructure-as-Code (Ansible, Terraform ), Understanding of deployment pipelines

What You’ll Do

As a Software development engineer in test :

〉 You create the necessary automation library and framework as required and build an automation test.
〉 You ensure the health of the platform by putting the necessary checks and balances where ever is appropriate.

〉 You participate in all day-to-day QA tasks.

What Makes You Qualified:

〉 B.E/B.Tech in CS/IT or any equivalent with 2-4 years of experience in SDET
〉 Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
〉 ISTQB certification is a big plus
〉 Strong experience in Java and Selenium
〉 Testing of any SaaS products and a clear understanding of architecture and design across all systems.
〉 Experience in any of Databases such as MySQL, MongoDB, is a plus
〉 Knowledge of data structures and algorithms, and good object-oriented design and coding skills.
〉 Understanding with Test Cycle Management tools like JIRA or relevant
〉 Test strategy formulation will include decomposing the business and technical requirements into test case scenarios, defining test data requirements, managing test case creation, devising contingency plans and other preparation activities.
〉 Testing experience of the Micro-services hosted platform
〉 Exposure to various development & testing tools such as Git/Jenkins/Bitbucket
〉 AWS, Azure & Google Cloud Concepts
〉 Basic Unix commands.
〉 Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with frequent production releases.
〉 Understanding of performance and efficiency with a strong customer focus.

• Scalable Systems Knowledge: Proven experience in designing, building, and evolving large-scale, complex software projects.
• Cloud Expertise: Hands-on experience in developing scalable Cloud-based services on AWS or Azure.
• Problem-Solving Prowess: Strong programming skills with a focus on solving technical challenges and delivering elegant solutions.
