We are looking for a Technical Writer to join our team who is highly motivated. The technical writer will be in charge of producing and maintaining user manuals, technical documentation, and other written materials pertaining to our products and services.
Responsibilities:
♦ Collect and analyse data on our products and services in close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and subject-matter experts.
♦ Produce and maintain technical documentation, user manuals, and other written materials about our products and services.
♦ Gain a thorough understanding of our clients’ needs and our products and services.
♦ Collaborate with designers, developers, and other team members to make sure that documentation is consistent with the overall product design and branding
♦ Ensure that all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and adheres to established style and formatting guidelines
♦ Constantly enhance our documentation’s quality and usability through feedback and examination
Requirements:
♦ Bachelor’s degree in English, Computer Science, or a related field
♦ Strong writing, editing, and communication skills, with the ability to write for both technical and non-technical audiences
♦ Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to gather and analyze technical information from multiple sources
♦ Familiar with API documentation and tools such as Postman, Swagger
♦ Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and Google Suite
♦ Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and other web technologies is a plus
♦ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
♦ Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools
♦ Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Requirements and Responsibilities:
1. Drafting and reviewing and vetting of various agreements such as Supply & Services, Hold interactive sessions with other departments like Sales, Product team to brief them on legal clarifications and taking briefs on requirements for Communication and messaging and IT enabled mobile telephony services;
2. Dafting new product agreements with suitable terms and conditions, review of KYC documents of Customers and uploading the same for verification on company’s ERP;
3. Telecom Value Added Services & other Commercial Contracts;
4. Contractual risk evaluation and recommend mitigation measures.
5. Initiate / defend and pursue litigation proceedings, including drafting of legal notices, replying to legal notices, drafting to suit, petitions, replies, briefing & appointing external Legal Counsels, preparing Case for Opinions, settling Plaints, Statements, writ petitions etc.
Assisting in obtaining various business licenses and registrations, and Intellectual Property Rights matters.
Requirements:
a) Major: 1 to 3 years into contract management
b) Minor: working experience into litigation in Courts, filing & proceedings.

♦ Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network configuration (Basic)
♦ Ask customers targeted questions to quickly understand the root cause of the problem
♦ Talk clients through a series of actions, either via phone, email or chat, until they’ve solved a technical issue
♦ Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams (e.g. software developers)
♦ Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers
♦ Refer to internal database or external resources to provide accurate tech solutions [optional]
♦ Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time
♦ Prepare accurate and timely reports
♦ Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals
Requirements:
♦ Hands-on experience with Linux & Windows environments
♦ Good understanding of computer systems and other tech products
♦ Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues
♦ Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
♦ Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal
♦ Experience in Linux OS Patching, Commands and Application debugging
♦ Checking log files with different Linux commands, understanding the issue and resolving it
