In this training , you can expect to…
♦ Assisting in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
♦ Support in all functions of finance i.e Revenue, Sox, International Accounting, US accounting, International tax, Treasury, International payroll
♦ Perform intercompany accounting and reconciliations
♦ Create and upload manual journal entries related to payroll, accruals, prepaid, reclass, taxation, and other ad hoc entries
♦ Evaluate financial transactions, and ensure appropriate account coding
♦ Contribute to successful monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close
♦ Prepare and provide input data for monthly/quarterly/yearly direct or indirect tax fillings
♦ Prepare input data for payroll processing and various types of payroll reconciliations
♦ Perform account reconciliations and analysis
♦ Assist with the maintenance of internal controls and processes
♦ Manage the documentation – SOPs, Process Flows, Training videos and make improvements to them from time to time
♦ Prepare the accounting manuals based on guidance received from managers
You may be a good fit for our team if you have…
♦ Passed both groups of IPCC/Inter, Articleship enrollment under new scheme for ICAI launched in July 2023 and must complete their 1st year of articleship before July 2024 end.
♦ Already completed mandatory IT training and GMCS training
♦ Completed 1 years of articleship / audit trainee with a reputed firm
♦ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
♦ Strong understanding of accounting principles and business operations
♦ Good hands on experience in excel and other microsoft office products
♦ Good problem solving skills
♦ Hard working
♦ Willingness to learn and take new challenges
♦ This training would be based out of our Noida location so we prefer candidates who are based out of a nearby location, or ready to relocate to Noida.
♦ Strong knowledge of accounting concepts. #LI-Remote
