Job Description:

♦ Manage the user account lifecycle, including user creation, modification, and deactivation, using Azure Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
♦ Monitor user login activities and ensure compliance with access control and security policies.
♦ Administer user groups, permissions, and computer objects in Azure Active Directory, including periodic cleanup of unused accounts and groups.
♦ Provide desktop administration and end-user support for desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices.
♦ Work on L1 support tickets through the ticketing system and resolve end-user technical issues.
♦ Deploy and configure desktop software, including Microsoft Office, browsers, Adobe, and other business applications.
♦ Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on desktops and laptops.
♦ Perform endpoint and server patch management, ensuring systems are updated with the latest security patches.
♦ Monitor and maintain antivirus deployment and updates across all enterprise devices.
♦ Ensure all endpoints remain AV compliant and security health checks are monitored daily.
♦ Support Windows Server administration (Windows Server 2016 and later), including routine maintenance and monitoring.
♦ Provide support and troubleshooting for Microsoft 365 services, including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint Online.
♦ Assist users with Microsoft Teams collaboration and OneDrive file synchronization issues.
♦ Monitor security logs and alerts using ManageEngine Log360 to detect suspicious login activities, unauthorized access attempts, and security anomalies.
♦ Support SIEM alert monitoring and escalation procedures in coordination with the security team.
♦ Generate log monitoring and audit reports for security reviews and compliance requirements.
♦ Ensure critical systems, servers, and user activities are properly logged and monitored for security visibility.
♦ Perform daily system health checks and monitoring of servers, endpoints, and IT infrastructure.
♦ Support project teams with system setup, deployments, and technical troubleshooting.
♦ Maintain system documentation and operational procedures.

Preferred Certifications:

♦ Microsoft Certification
♦ ITIL Certification

Communication:

♦ Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Educational & Experience:

♦ A bachelor’s degree in information technology, networking or any other related field.
♦ 3-5 years of working Experience as a Desktop Engineer.
♦ ITIL v3 certification/experience preferred.
