Job Description:

We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to provide enterprise-level assistance to our customers. You will diagnose and troubleshoot our POS software problems and help our customers with their support queries. Ultimately, you will be a person our customers trust. They will rely on you to provide timely and accurate solutions to their technical problems.

Roles and Responsibilities:

♦ Responsible for merchants’ support queries
♦ Support on email/phone calls/Google Meet to give clients quick answers
♦ Online meeting with merchants to diagnose the software issues
♦ Providing product tech demonstration to the merchants
♦ Installing and configuring the merchant’s POS device
♦ Merchant On-boarding, product online training.
♦ Ability to work in 24*7 support environment
♦ Willing to travel to the client side for troubleshooting, if needed

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information technology
♦ Proven work experience of 0-2 yrs as an application support / technical support role
♦ Ability to solve complex application/software issues
♦ Excellent interpersonal skills
♦ Good written and verbal communication skills
