Job Description:

We are looking for a highly organised, fluent English-speaking Operational Assistant to work directly with our Chief Operating Officer and support core administrative, HR, communication, and logistical processes.

This role is ideal for individuals who communicate confidently, multitask effectively, and can work professionally with universities, clients, advisors, and internal teams.

Responsibilities:

♦ Coordinating with placement cells of Indian universities to schedule ENTNT campus visits.
♦ Booking aeroplane tickets, hotels and logistical travels of ENTNT management.
♦ Independent research on sites, hotels, and universities.
♦ Preparing well-structured PowerPoint presentations
♦ Creating invoices and, when needed, following up with clients.
♦ Maintaining databases of university visits and recruitment activity.
♦ Updating internal invoice and documentation systems.
♦ Liaising with company advisors to send documents required for regulatory and tax filings.
♦ Preparing consultancy agreements and collecting candidate details
♦ Managing the signing, tracking, and completion of consultancy agreements.
♦ Using ENTNT’s internal tools (recruitment platform, employee portal, etc).
♦ Supporting general operational and administrative tasks as the company grows.

Qualifications:

♦ Clear and concise spoken and written English.
♦ Strong organisational and communication skills.
♦ Ability to coordinate with a diverse group of people (clients, universities, advisors).
♦ A quiet workspace with reliable high-speed internet.
♦ Professional, calm, and responsible approach to work.
♦ Fresh graduates and students (with full-time availability) are welcome.

Preferred Qualifications:

♦ Experience working with overseas clients.
♦ Experience interacting with universities.
♦ Familiarity with administrative tasks, documentation, or workflow tools.
