Key Responsibilities :
⇒ To be able to perform Corporate PMO activities e.g.
⇒ Tracking of SOW and PO Approvals & Maintaining documentations
⇒ Talent Onboarding / Offboarding to and from Accounts & Maintaining dashboards
⇒ Co-ordinating with HR SPOCs for BGV & Timesheet approval
⇒ Working with RMG for Talent Status
⇒ Provide support to Finance team for Invoicing
Soft Skills :
⇒ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
⇒ Manage good relationship with all stakeholders. (Managers, Peers, Internal Teams & )
⇒ Attention to detail.
⇒ Time management.
⇒ Adhere to Pillers of PMO – Trust, Respect, Accountability, Transparency
What You’ll Need :
⇒ Bachelors (any discipline) would be preferred – master’s in business administration would be Nice to have.
⇒ 1-2 years experience.
