Job Description :
♦ Review the drawings, Technical data received from R&D.
♦ Identify the suitable vendors as per the part requirements.
♦ Raise RFQ with Suppliers and Receiving the price quotations
♦ Prepare price comparison charts with technical and commercial requirements.
♦ Issuance of Purchase order. Tracking and expediting of delivery from supplier.
♦ Logistics tie up
♦ Arrange material to Production on time.
♦ Prepare & maintain the necessary documents for price approvals, Finance documents & other statuary documents.
♦ Ensure the updation of Material masters, supplier master records & Info records Etc.
♦ Basic knowledge in electrical parts like wiring harness, connectors & Automobile proprietary parts is preferred.
Requirement :
♦ Minimum 1-2 years, of experience in Sourcing/ Supply chain preferably in Automobile Sector.
♦ Effective communication verbal, written and Presentation & Analytical skills.
♦ System Knowledge in SAP is preferred.
