What You Will Do :

Financial & Business Analysis –

√ Conduct deep-dive analysis of business performance, revenue drivers, cost structures, and unit economics to identify growth opportunities and efficiency improvements.
√ Evaluate product funnels, pricing, promotions, and customer cohorts to understand their financial impact.
√ Build financial models to forecast revenues, margins, and other key business metrics.

Data-Driven Decision Support –

√ Leverage data to influence business and product decisions, ensuring alignment with key financial objectives.
√ Interpret analysis outcomes to identify trends, risks, and business issues, and translate these into actionable recommendations.
√ Partner with Product, Growth, Category, Marketing, and Ops teams to align business goals and drive P&L impact.

Budgeting & Forecasting –

√ Support monthly, quarterly, and annual planning cycles including budgeting, long-term planning, and scenario modeling.
√ Track performance against plan and highlight variances with actionable insights.

Market & Competitor Analysis –

√ Stay updated with industry benchmarks, competitive landscape, and macro trends to support strategy formulation.
√ Provide timely insights that influence pricing, assortment, customer strategy, and business planning.

Reporting & Insights –

√ Build, maintain, and automate dashboards and reports for financial and business KPIs.
√ Present insights to senior stakeholders in a clear, concise, and structured manner.

Cross-Functional Collaboration –

√ Liaise with product, category, marketing, and operations teams to drive strategic initiatives and ensure strong financial governance.
√ Translate business needs into analytical requirements and deliver impactful outcomes.

What You Should Have :

√ Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Statistics).
√ 2-4 years of experience in data/analytics role
√ Strong proficiency in Excel, SQL, and financial modelling; familiarity with Python is a plus.
√ Experience in working with BI tools (Tableau, PowerBI, Metabase, or similar tools).
