Your opportunity :
New Relic is looking for an experienced Service Cloud Systems Analyst to play an essential role in supporting our Global Technical Support organization (GTS). The primary focus of the role will be supporting ongoing systems enhancements, change requests, and permission requests while contributing to testing and enablement in preparation for production releases.
The Service Cloud Systems Analyst will be part of the GTS System and Tools Team at New Relic, working side by side with the Service Delivery Program Manager and Business Applications team to deliver high-quality solutions.
As the Service Cloud Systems Analyst, you will handle enterprise aspects of our Salesforce Service Cloud platform. To be successful, you’ll have a deep understanding of Global Tech Support business processes and translate them into Service Cloud systems requirements, build effective solutions, and ensure the full adoption of the Service Cloud platform and integrations.
What you’ll do :
♦ Work with Service Delivery Program Manager to understand project requirements and translate those requirements into technical specifications.
♦ Work with the Business Applications team to build solutions for new features and functionality in our Salesforce instance.
♦ Validate and test the solution before rolling it live to GTS users and customers.
♦ Identify reports and dashboards to measure the impact of build iterations.
♦ Support end-users in real-time with issues relating to Service Cloud and Experience Cloud supported applications.
♦ Perform user and data administration to ensure optimal adoption of Service Cloud platform. Manage all aspects of 3rd party application use and support.
This role requires :
♦ Strong business acuity in Technical Support operations
♦ 2+ years of Salesforce Service Cloud experience
♦ Understanding of data structures, data modeling, & database schema
♦ Analytical skills to improve quality of iterative builds
♦ Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate technical issues and resolve problems at all levels of the organization
