Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Java Backend Developer to join our dynamic team. You will play a crucial role in building scalable, high-performing, and reliable backend systems that support our financial services platform.
Key Responsibilities:
» Design, develop, and maintain backend systems and APIs using Java and Spring Framework.
» Work on microservices architecture to build scalable and modular services.
» Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
» Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while following industry best practices.
» Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize backend systems to improve performance and reliability.
» Participate in code reviews and ensure high-quality deliverables.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
» Strong programming skills in Java with 1-4+ years of hands-on experience.
» Proficiency in the Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, etc.).
» Experience working with microservices architecture and distributed systems.
» Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and API design best practices.
» Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases.
» Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and version control systems like Git.
