What you will do :
⇒ Data Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of product data, including user behaviour, conversion rates, and customer feedback to identify trends, opportunities and challenges
⇒ User Research: Collaborate with the User Research team to gather insights from user surveys, interviews, and usability tests, and translate these findings into actionable recommendations
⇒ Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitors, providing insights to inform product strategy and development
⇒ Product Performance Metrics: Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) for products, tracking their performance over time and helping to set and achieve growth targets
⇒ Reporting: Create and maintain dashboards and reports that communicate product performance and insights to stakeholders
⇒ Uses knowledge of business objectives, strategies, and needs to identify opportunities where data can be leveraged to achieve the desired business benefits.
⇒ Interprets results of analysis, identifies trends and issues, and develops recommendations to support business objectives.
What you should have :
⇒ Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Statistics).
⇒ Proven 1-2 years of experience in data analysis, market research, or product-related roles.
⇒ Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages such as SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools.
⇒ Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data in a clear and concise manner.
⇒ Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
⇒ Familiarity with product management software and analytics tools is a bonus.
⇒ Strong stakeholder management.
