What You Will Do :
♦ Perform day to day support, administration and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform including midservers and integration points
♦ Work directly with end users to troubleshoot and resolve support issues
♦ Review and provide ample feedback on documented business requirements to be able to fulfill acceptance criterias
♦ Develop clear and concise technical and process documentations
♦ Develop, install, and troubleshoot ServiceNow applications with possible integration with other programs
♦ Troubleshoot bugs, fix defects, support users and build enhancements for applications built in the platform
♦ Perform code reviews to ensure that the quality is being met with regard to coding standards, integration, extensibility, and security.
♦ Assist in maintaining detailed documentation of application design and code generation techniques used to train other developers on ServiceNow system software.
♦ Ensure that the application and enhancements behave as designed by testing it for bugs and performance during all stages of the development process.
Minimum Requirements :
♦ ServiceNow – Certified System Administrator
♦ Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
♦ 2-4 years IT work experience
♦ Minimum 2 years of working experience as a ServiceNow Developer, preferably with more than 1 product expertise such as HRSD, CSM, ITSM, SPM & ITOM
♦ Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and XML with hands-on experience in ServiceNow scripting and development
♦ Working experience with forms, fields, view, client scripts, UI policy and actions
♦ Familiarity working in an Agile environment with focus in SCRUM methodologies.
♦ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to design effective ServiceNow solutions
♦ Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment, effectively communicating complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
♦ Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously
♦ Experience with API Integrations with other systems
♦ Experience with the configuration of the platform portals and service catalogs across products
♦ Working knowledge of ServiceNow Common Service Data Model (CSDM)
♦ Ability to work independently or with team
♦ Demonstrate strong initiative and self-starter
♦ ServiceNow – Certified Application Developer

What You Will Do :
⇒ Provide routine service support to Sales Representatives in strategic district accounts to execute agreed upon customer system assurance and continuous improvement plans
⇒ Assist Sales Representatives with plant surveys of prospective customers
⇒ Assist Sales Representatives with start-ups of new applications in both existing customers and in new accounts
⇒ Develop strong relationships with the key stakeholders in the strategic district accounts where you provide service support to other District Sales Representatives
⇒ Provide technical support to customers; identifying and resolving customer pain points, escalating as required

Qualifications :
⇒ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Chemistry
⇒ 2 years of technical service or field sales support experience
⇒ Must have a valid Driver’s License and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
⇒ Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite
⇒ Must be able to access and be comfortable with working in a variety of conditions and be able to perform the essential duties of the position.
⇒ Must be able to pass a drug screen and physical exam.
⇒ Water treatment or specialty chemical industry experience;
⇒ Working knowledge of boilers, cooling towers, and wastewater treatment systems would be an advantage.
⇒ Ability to sell value-added products to customers.
⇒ Carry aptitude and confidence to deal with large national and multi-national customers
⇒ Strong mechanical aptitude
⇒ Experience working with MS Excel Spreadsheets.
