Currently we are looking for the position of Cloud Specialist 1 ( Hyderabad Location ) . We are accepting applications from Hyderabad location only and this is Work from Office job opportunity.

The Cloud Specialist 1 is primarily responsible for responding to and resolving monitoring alerts responding to and resolving requests from customers partners and the company services team responding to incidents working Disaster Recovery failover testing and working scheduled maintenance windows within the cloud environment.

Responsibilities:

♦ Application Layer Monitoring on Cloud
♦ Monitor infrastructure including (Servers, Applications & Services) and remediate issues
♦ Documentation, recording and updating incident details in ITSM tool.
♦ Responsible for maintaining NOC related reports.
♦ Ensure maximum possible service availability and performance.
♦ Manage escalations within SLAs defined in the team’s standard operating procedures.
♦ Coordination with stakeholders and third-party vendors.
♦ Support and Classification, making an initial assessment into the nature of the incident, assessing the severity, impact and risk.
♦ Allocation of unresolved Incidents to appropriate support groups
♦ Monitoring & Tracking, reviewing the progress of an incident and keeping the user informed
♦ Manage requests / incidents assigned by Leads/Manager

Basic Qualifications:

♦ Must have a bachelor’s degree
♦ A minimum of 1 year experience working in Infrastructure Support or NOC
♦ Strong Knowledge of Cloud technologies, SQL & CRM based applications
♦ Strong troubleshooting & analytical skills
♦ Strong Knowledge of various monitoring tools like SolarWinds, BMC etc.
♦ Strong Knowledge of ITIL
♦ Strong Oral & Written communication skills
♦ Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload
♦ Adaptable to a 24/7 rotational shift model including night shifts
♦ Ability to adapt to continuously changing procedures and environment
♦ Strong Customer Handling experience preferred

Job Description:

The Cloud Support Analyst 1 provides first‑level technical support for cloud‑based solutions by responding to customer requests, troubleshooting basic issues, and escalating appropriately. This role focuses on accurate case handling, clear customer communication, and adherence to cloud support processes.

Responsibilities:

♦ Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues using established tools, systems, and support processes under guidance
♦ Manage assigned support cases, ensuring timely follow‑up and accurate resolution
♦ Communicate case status and next steps clearly to customers, with oversight as needed
♦ Respond to inbound support requests and production‑impacting issues; create and route cases appropriately
♦ Escalate issues effectively when resolution requires additional expertise or approval
♦ Identify and submit potential software defects to internal teams for review
♦ Document troubleshooting steps, actions taken, and outcomes in support systems
♦ Follow cloud change control and operational policies
♦ Support team workflows by monitoring queues and picking up cases as assigned

Basic Qualifications:

Technical Skills:

♦ Database: Oracle, MS SQL Server, Postgres
♦ Windows OS / Limited Linux for Content
♦ Windows IIS / Limited Tomcat for Content
♦ Windows Client/Server technologies
♦ Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
♦ 1+ years of experience in Technical Support and in Cloud Platform (AWS)
♦ Experience in a customer service or technical support environment preferred
♦ Basic technical aptitude with a willingness to learn cloud technologies
♦ Strong problem‑solving and critical‑thinking skills
♦ Clear written and verbal communication skills
♦ Strong attention to detail and case documentation accuracy
♦ Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment
♦ Ability to use sound judgment and escalate issues appropriately
♦ Customer‑focused mindset
♦ Ability to learn new tools, processes, and technologies quickly

Currently we are looking for a Developer 1 for Hyderabad Location

The Developer is responsible for the overall performance of the product through applying principles of software engineering to the design, development, maintenance, testing and evaluation of the software. The Developer ensures timely delivery of high-quality software within the release timelines and guidelines.

Responsibilities:

♦ Develop code based on functional specifications through understanding of product code
♦ Test code to verify it meets the technical specifications and is working as intended, before submitting to code review
♦ Create and apply automated tests and test principles to software changes, including (but not limited to) unit tests
♦ Follow prescribed standards and processes as applicable to software development methodology, including planning, work estimation, solution demos, and reviews
♦ Assist and contribute to peer code reviews
♦ Read and understand basic software requirements
♦ Assist with the implementation of a delivery pipeline, including test automation, security, and performance
♦ Assist with team or product documentation
♦ Assist in troubleshooting and responding to production issues to ensure the stability of the application
♦ Comply with all corporate and departmental privacy and data security policies and practices, including but not limited to, Hyland’s Information Systems Security Policy.

Basic Qualifications:

♦ Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field, and relevant work experience of more than 2 years in the following:
♦ Experience with Front end Web Frameworks such as Angular or React.
♦ Experience with C# .NET or Java.
♦ Having prior knowledge in development for Android and or iOS platforms will be an added advantage.
♦ Having exposure to any cross-platform mobile app development frameworks like Ionic, Kotlin, etc. is a huge plus.
♦ Working knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software design
♦ Knowledge of software development life cycle
♦ Software development experience in one or more general purpose programming languages
♦ Knowledge of Windows/Linux development environment, working with open source tools/platforms
♦ Knowledge of build environments and delivery pipelines
♦ Knowledge of test automation and continuous integration tools
♦ Basic knowledge in software application testing tools, methodologies, and process framework
♦ Oral and written communications skills that demonstrate a professional demeanor and the ability to interact with others with discretion and tact
