Roles and Responsibilities :

» Maintain updated records of personnel-related data (personal information, sub function mapping, cost centres etc.) up to date on SuccessFactors
» Conduct New Joiners Pulse Surveys periodically and report out the insights from the conversations
» Execute end to end the Rewards Vouchers Issuances across HRBP Span
» Liaise with other departments or functions (payroll, benefits etc.) as needed
» Assist team members in preparing People & Culture reports for leadership view as & when needed
» Extend support in organising engagement events, town halls, etc
» Schedule meetings, events, HR events etc. and maintain the team’s agenda
» Coordinate events and manage bookings, requirements within the HRBP Span
» Coordinate procurement of trophies/certificates for employee milestones
» Raise invoices and liaise with Finance & CREWs for vendor payments
» Perform functional onboarding formalities and update records of new hires on timely basis
» Produce and submit reports on general HR activity
» Process monthly allowances (overtime & others) within relevant functions where these payouts are made and process details to payroll on monthly basis
» Extend any operational support over and above the ones mentioned to the HRBPs
» Publish mandatory trainings completion dashboards within the HRBP Span
» Support with creating dashboards, excel sheets, basic data analysis requirements
» Respond to internal HR related inquiries or requests and provide assistance
» Update DLs and other data requirements from leaders

Qualifications :

» Bachelor’s degree.
» Good communication and writing skills.
» Good analytical skills.
» MS Office knowledge is mandatory
