〉 Prepare and analyze HR metrics to support business decisions.

Preferred candidate profile :
〉 Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Masters degree or HR certification is a plus.

Responsibilities :
〉 Generate new business opportunities by making outbound calls to potential clients, including individuals and businesses.
〉 Assess clients’ financial needs and objectives, and recommend appropriate lending products and services.
〉 Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of all lending products, services, and underwriting guidelines.
〉 Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring that their needs are met and that they receive exceptional service during the application process, disbursals and repayment journeys.
〉 Collaborate with the Inside Sales Manager and other team members to develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives.
〉 Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets, as set by the Inside Sales Manager.
〉 Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements :
〉 Diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred.
〉 A minimum of 2 years of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, relationship management, or a similar role, preferably within the financial services or lending industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
〉 Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
〉 Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and time management skills.
〉 Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Knowledge of CRM systems and other sales tools is a plus.
〉 Familiarity with lending products and services is preferred.
〉 Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
