» Solving incident and change requests relating to SAP SD/MM which are opened in the ticketing system.
» Updating the status of the incident and change requests in the ticketing tool.
» Training the end users.
» Involving in testing of SAP changes as guided by the functional consultant.
» Provide on-call support as needed
