Job Summary :
We are looking for a passionate Content and Social Media Executive to join our Marketing team. The ideal candidate should have strong content writing skills (long and short format), an understanding of keywords and SEO and a knack for social media content creation. If you love creating engaging content and are eager to grow in the digital marketing space, this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities :
» Content Creation: Write high-quality content for websites, blogs, and social media platforms
» Social Media Management: Ideate and develop content for engaging posts and reels while working with the Social Media manager across various social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
» Keyword Research: Understand and apply basic SEO principles, including keyword research, to optimize content for search engines
» Community Engagement: Monitor social media accounts, engage with followers, and respond to comments/messages to build brand presence
» Reporting: Track performance metrics such as engagement, reach, and website traffic from social media posts
» Trend Monitoring: Stay updated with the latest social media trends and suggest creative strategies to improve our digital presence
Requirements :
» 0-2 years of experience in content writing – for website, blogs and social media
» Prior experience and understanding of the B2B space is a plus, but not mandatory
» Bachelor’s degree in English, Mass Communication or similar functions
Skills :
» Excellent written and verbal communication skills
» Basic knowledge of social media platforms and content strategies
» Passion for content creation, be it static or video
» Understanding of SEO and keyword research
