Job Description :
♦ Investigate and resolve problems through different mediums/channels (Phone calls, email, or chats).
♦ You will successfully resolve Issues/Query from incoming customer contacts and proactive notification systems.
♦ You will proactively assist customers to avoid or reduce problem occurrence.
♦ You will engage with team members for support as required to ensure customer Service Level Agreement (SLA) demands are met.
♦ Manage customer pipelines efficiently and build excellent relationships with the customers.
♦ Escalate the issue to managers whenever required.
♦ Adhere to the data management processes & ensure that there is 100% data accuracy always.
♦ Participate in daily & weekly meetings to update the progress & discuss issues, if any.
♦ Learn and scale up on the latest technology skill sets required for the industry.
♦ To resolve complex technical queries and issues of product functionality and defect correction as well as coordinating with the relevant stakeholders for product support.
♦ Resolve the customer issues within the defined TAT/SLA.
♦ Must be able to demonstrate excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
♦ Ensure complete documentation of all activities undertaken with respect to the ticket in the case log or trackers.
♦ Adhere to the Process defined on both Operations and Quality legend.
♦ Ability in timely Escalation (Approach to handle issue, to understand when to escalate & what will be handled by themselves), attention to detail, ability to research and able to arrive at solution and also challenges the process and come up with different alternatives â€.¨
Customer Engagement-
♦ Understanding customer behaviour, expectations from the product analyzing Usage trends and product adaptability to increase usage and make the product sticky.
♦ Work towards providing an excellent customer experience by going that extra mile on every interaction¨.
Customer Retention-
♦ Maintain overall customer satisfaction levels.
♦ To meet the targets set by the management for defined metrics.
Field Support-
♦ To ensure the field activity, such as new Installations or troubleshooting, is coordinated with the respective stakeholders for continuous planned activity.
♦ Should contact the customers directly and ensure that the vehicles are available for installations or troubleshooting.
♦ Track and monitor the field activity and report the same to the Managers on a regular basis.
♦ Co-ordinate with the Procurement team for the seamless flow of required materials for Installations and Troubleshooting.
♦ Must be willing to travel for product demonstration
Reports-
♦ Ensure to log all the interactions with the customers in the available systems.
♦ Prepare Daily, Weekly and Monthly reports and share the same with the management as guided.
♦ MIS Keep a repository and history of every detail and share as requested by the management.
