About the Team:

What you can look forward to as Validation Engineer – Wind Turbine Gearbox (m/f/d):

♦ Lead validation activities in line with defined validation strategies for multi-megawatt wind turbine gearboxes and drivetrain systems.
♦ Ensure customer and technology projects are validated on time, within budget, and meet required technical outcomes to guarantee reliability and efficiency for global wind farm applications.
♦ Define technical scope and develop detailed test procedures based on customer requirements, drivetrain design targets, and internal validation standards to ensure highest levels of durability, performance, quality, and safety.
♦ Plan, coordinate, and execute validation tests to evaluate risks as per agreed requirements, leveraging advanced drivetrain test benches and validation infrastructure.
♦ Proactively manage escalations and maintain transparency in timelines, budget, and test results.

Your profile as Validation Engineer – Wind Turbine Gearbox (m/f/d):

♦ Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.
♦ 2-4 years of experience in a testing environment, including measurement data acquisition and analysis.
♦ Strong knowledge of measurement techniques and instrumentation systems.
♦ Experience with MATLAB is an added advantage.
♦ Flexible, pragmatic, and adaptable to dynamic work environments
