♦ Responsible for maintaining plant equipment (NMC /SSD/ Common).
♦ Responsible to manage maintenance calendar and adhere to the specified timeline.
♦ Prepare annual periodic maintenance plan for the available equipment in the manufacturing plant.
♦ Maintain the calibration reports and manage the calibration process of the measuring & monitoring equipment for the shop floor.

Qualifications :
♦ B.E./ Diploma in Mechanical. Minimum 2 years of relevance experience in plant equipment maintenance.
♦ Must possess a clear understanding of general math & have the ability to read, write & comprehend English & Hindi.
♦ Ability to comprehend Technical drawings, BOM (Bill of Material), Operation & Maintenance procedures, Quality & Safety Documents.
♦ Exposure to shop floor environment is mandate.
♦ Must have experience in mechanical maintenance of heavy duty hydraulic equipment e.g. Hydraulic Press, CNC Machine, Oven, Milling Machine, Crane, Material Handling Equipment etc.
♦ Knowledge on Electrical maintenance, PLC setup will be considered as additional advantage.
♦ Must be trained on operating overhead crane. Operating knowledge (with Valid License) of forklift would be an added advantage.
♦ Must be aware about Industrial safety standards.
♦ Ability to perform dimensional inspection for heavy weight oil & gas equipment would be an added advantage.
♦ Operational knowledge of SAP various modules will be an added advantage.
♦ Ability to use computer or workstation. Should have proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel.
