Key Responsibilities:
〉 Design and develop mechanical components and systems for electrolyzers stacks, optimizing for efficiency, reliability, and durability.
〉 Oversee the assembly and integration of electrolyzer stacks, ensuring precise alignment and optimal assembly of cell components.
〉 Conduct testing and validation of prototypes and production units to ensure compliance with industry standards and internal quality benchmarks.
〉 Build and validate alkaline electrolyzer test benches, supporting single-cell and short-stack testing.
〉 Develop and implement test protocols to qualify the design, processes, and materials for alkaline electrolyzer cell electrodes.

Qualifications/ Eligibility:

〉 Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and simulation tools (e.g., ANSYS, COMSOL).
〉 Experience in assembling and testing single-cell/short-stack test equipment for Alkaline/PEM/AEM electrolyzers.
〉 Strong knowledge of mechanical design principles, thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, and materials science.
〉 Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
