Position Summary :
We’re looking for a Machine Learning Engineer I to join our conversational AI team at Phenom. We prefer candidates
⇒ Capable of building machine learning & deep learning models.
⇒ Good understanding of NLP. (Experience building LLM based products is a plus)
⇒ Practical knowledge of object-oriented software development. (Experience in python, java is a plus)
Key Responsibilities :
⇒ Develop and implement machine learning, deep learning models and algorithms to solve complex business problems and enhance AI-driven applications.
⇒ Train NLP models using both custom & open source datasets, use existing available language models such as transformer architecture based models (BERT, RoBERTA, etc), Spacy and LLMs etc.
⇒ Build and evaluate models for NLP tasks, such as multi-label classification, NER, Question Answering, Natural Language Generation and Text Summarization and produce new solutions based on business requirements.
⇒ Strong understanding of various machine learning algorithms, including supervised and unsupervised learning, and neural networks.
⇒ Optimize AI models for performance, scalability, and efficiency, leveraging cloud-based resources and distributed computing frameworks.
⇒ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, product Managers & UX designers to integrate AI solutions into existing products and services.
⇒ Actively participate in code reviews and collaborative problem-solving sessions, contributing to the improvement of AI solutions and development processes.
⇒ Stay updated on the latest AI and machine learning advancements, research papers, and tools, incorporating them into AI development projects
What You’ve Done :
♦ 1 to 3 years of experience in relevant field
♦ Hands-on experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) or other AI subfields.
♦ Proven track record as an AI / ML Engineer, with portfolio examples of successful machine learning projects.
♦ Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or other related fields.
♦ Advanced level knowledge of Python and understanding of good coding practices
♦ Experience in NLP and machine learning libraries.(e.g.,Transformers, PyTorch, Langchain, scikit-learn)
♦ Strong drive to learn and acquire new skills.

Position Summary :
Phenom People is looking for a talented and motivated Product Quality Engineer I to join our Engineering team in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. This is a full-time position. As a Product Quality Engineer I, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining products and services. You will be involved in the design, development, and testing of new products and services. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise. To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in engineering and product development. You should also have excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities :
⇒ 1+ years of Software Development experience Hands on experience in both Manual and Automation testing. Writing and executing manual tests for web apps, desktop, and APIs.
⇒ Knowledge of Functionality, Usability, Interface, Performance and Security testing.
⇒ A keen eye to quickly find UI bugs related to padding, margin, pixel misalignments, etc.
⇒ Understanding of web applications/website related issues.
⇒ Experience with common bug tracking software such MS Office, Jira, Bugzilla, etc.
⇒ JavaScript or Java programming experience to write test code.
⇒ Knowledge of Postman tool
⇒ Experience in UI and API automation
⇒ Experience/Exposure in performance testing and Apache JMeter will be big plus.
⇒ Monitor the Automation runs for failures if any and report Defects for the failures in the automation run.
⇒ Knowledge of Git, GitHub/ TFS, and Jenkins.

Qualifications :
