Job Description :

An Email Design & Campaign Specialist is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing email campaigns that engage target audiences, build customer loyalty, and drive conversions. This role blends creative skills (design & development) with technical and analytical expertise (automation, segmentation, and performance tracking).

Email Design Operations :

✅ Design & build digital marketing responsive emails using Photoshop, Dreamweaver, and Email Marketing Tool – Salesforce Marketing Cloud & Adobe Campaign Management
✅ Responsible for resizing, modifying the images and uploading the same on live emails
✅ Expertise in Photoshop, Dreamweaver, HTML/ HTML5, CSS/ CSS3
✅ Good knowledge of cross email issues and debugging
✅ Adept in online and traditional marketing and highly skilled in visual communications

Email Campaign Operations :

✅ End-to-end e-mail campaign management and coordination for e-mail, push & other customer touchpoints using marketing automation tools
✅ Know how to use systems Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign Management, Marketo
✅ Managing on-time online editorial content publishing on related systems (AWS, SalesForce, Marketo)
✅ Customer profiling & audience building – using marketing automation tools and/or SQL
✅ Understanding of marketing automation, including e-mail design, responsive HTML coding, SQL query building, tracking and analysis of results
✅ Providing training and assistance to stakeholders on Campaign Management systems (AWS, Salesforce, Marketo) and processes.
✅ Conduct A/B testing on elements such as subject lines, content, imagery, and send times to optimize campaign performance and engagement rates.
✅ Initiating the translation process of campaigns and delivering them to all related parties for validation
✅ Keep track of deliveries with cost, deadline and supplier performance details in Excel reports
✅ Act as SME for related projects.
✅ Aiding businesses to support additions and modifications of CRM content.
✅ Ensures editorial content is published according to guidelines
✅ Directing business on the campaign content management process and workflows.

Qualifications & Experience :

✅ Masters/ bachelor’s degree in Computers, Marketing or a related field is typically required.
✅ Proficiency in Japanese language (good to have)
✅ Proven experience in an email marketing or digital marketing role, typically 2+ years, with a track record of successful campaign management.

Technical Skills :

✅ Proficiency in email marketing platforms/automation tools (AWS, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, IVALDI)
✅ Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS for email customization and troubleshooting.
✅ Experience with graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.

✅ Candidates with 2+ years of experience in web content creation & management
✅ Web content management operations (image, text, video entry) in the content management system
✅ Managing on-time online editorial content publishing on related systems (AEM, PIM, SiteSore, Protien etc)
✅ Publishing web content across multiple platforms such as e-Content, e-Commerce and FMSCs
✅ Aiding businesses to support additions and modifications of editorial content.
✅ Ensuring streamlining editorial content management process & workflows as per the guidelines
✅ Proactively identify and resolve complex issues across different teams, tools and functions.
✅ Maintain good relationships and open communication, ensuring the satisfaction of the customer during editorial content publishing.
✅ Providing training and assistance to stakeholders on Content Management systems (CMS) and processes.
✅ Working closely with creative agencies, multiple stakeholders, & act as SME for related projects.

Qualifications:

✅ Proficiency in the Spanish language (good to have)

Technical Skills:

✅ Proficiency in AEM (Adobe Experience Manager), PIM (Stibo), CMS (TeamSite)
✅ Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS for content formatting and troubleshooting.
✅ Familiarity with graphic design tools like Adobe Photoshop is a plus.
