Requirements :
♦ Degree in design, information sciences, HCI, or psychology preferred
♦ 1+ years of user experience design experience for software; desktop and mobile applications which leverage emergent technologies
♦ Strong conceptualization ability, strong visual communication ability, drawing skills preferred.
♦ Design skills, high production values and attention to detail
♦ Ability to create wireframes and if you can create visual design comps, all the better.
♦ Strong working knowledge of Axure or InVision, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
♦ Experience with user interface design patterns and standard UCD methodologies
♦ Strong written and verbal communication skills (very important)
♦ Understanding of common software project management practices
♦ Understanding of common software development practices
